Rules

• No smoking, candles, or fire allowed inside cabin.
• No pets allowed inside cabin.
• No dive gear allowed inside cabin.
• No trash is to be left inside cabin upon departure.
• No dirty dishes, pots or pans are to be left inside cabin upon departure.
• No shoes, food or drinks in the loft.

Terms & Conditions

A 30-day maximum shall be enforced and agreed to by cabin occupants. Check-out time is 2:00 p.m. on the date of departure, prior arrangements excluded. A $100.00 cleaning and breakage deposit shall be retained for a period of 48-hours until Lake Rawlings staff completes a full inspection of the rented cabin. A minimum $25.00 cleaning fee will be drawn from this deposit if trash and/or dirty dishes are left inside the cabin; and an item-specific breakage/replacement fee shall be charged if any item is broken (wear-and-tear excluded) or missing from inside the cabin. Cabin occupant agrees to replace all broken or missing items from this cabin, or to repair any damage resulting from the use of the Cabin. Guests must furnish their own linens.

Reservations/Cancellations

A reservation is required to rent a cabin. The amount equal the rental fee is required for failure to cancel reservations. Failure to cancel as specified below, fail to use the facility for reasons other than a natural emergency or sudden campground closure, will result in the loss of your rental fee.

To cancel a reservation:

During Peak and Slack Season a ten (10) day minimum notification is required for all Friday, Saturday or Sunday cancellations.

Druing the weekday (Monday through Thursday) and off season a 48-hour notification is required to cancel all reservations.

Note that if you cancel under the minimum we will make every effort to re-rent your space to save you the deposit however there is no guarantee of this occurring.
