Cabin "Camping"

It's hard to beat having the comforts of home at your favorite lake! Enjoy amenities like air conditioning, hot water, and a private toilet - without leaving the lake!

Cabin Fees

Friday to Sunday: $125

Monday to Thursday: $100

* Dive shops and instructors call for group rates!

19” Satellite TV (150 channels including ESPN, CNN, and Disney)	Wet Jet cleaning kit and cleaning pail

Rules

No smoking, candles, or fire allowed inside cabin.
No pets allowed inside cabin.
No dive gear allowed inside cabin.
No trash is to be left inside cabin upon departure.
No dirty dishes, pots or pans are to be left inside cabin upon departure.

Terms & Conditions

A 30-day maximum shall be enforced and agreed to by cabin occupants. Check-out time is 2:00 p.m. on the date of departure, prior arrangements excluded. A $50.00 cleaning and breakage deposit shall be retained for a period of 48-hours until Lake Rawlings staff completes a full inspection of the rented cabin. A minimum $25.00 cleaning fee will be drawn from this deposit if trash and/or dirty dishes are left inside the cabin; and an item-specific breakage/replacement fee shall be charged if any item is broken (wear-and-tear excluded) or missing from inside the cabin. Cabin occupant agrees to replace all broken or missing items from this cabin, or to repair any damage resulting from the use of the Cabin. Guests must furnish their own linens.

Reservations/Cancellations

A reservation is required to rent a cabin. A minimum $125.00 deposit is required to hold the reservation. To cancel a reservation, a minimum five-day notification is required for all Friday, Saturday or Sunday cancellations; a 48-hour notification is required for all weekday cancellations (Monday through Thursday).
