Park Rules & Regulations
Each diver should understand the Park Rules & Regulations. These ensure everyone's visit will be both safe and pleasurable.

Diving Waiver Form
Each diver must fill out this form once per year. Stickers will be provided to indicate statement has been retained on file for the year. Sticker provides for quicker facility access during future visits.

Self-Reliant (SOLO) Diving Form
Divers possessing a Self-Reliant or SOLO Diving certification card must fill out this form once per year.
SOLO divers entering the park must Declare their intent upon arrival; Sign the SOLO diving manifest book; and Be properly equipped for solo diving; Check out at the dive shack prior to departing Lake Rawlings.

Dr. Neil Stamm of the Newport News Public Schools system, an educator and avid scuba diver, has designed an underwater navigation course for the lake. It's a great way to keep those skills up to date, so give it a try!
